DIY Halloween Decor

I have finally finished my "BOO" wooden blocks and I love them.
It was so fun & easy.

This is where it all started.

 Then I painted the backs, tops and bottoms with black paint.

Then I glued this fall looking cardstock to the blocks

These are the letters cut from a cricut.

& here is the finished product. :)

I love it!

Also did ya notice my new signature? 

I did that all by myself. =p

Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you all had a great start to your work week.
Today I am doing my very first makeup tutorial. As many of you know, I rarely wear makeup but when I do this is my process and tools. :)

This is me without makeup 

Above is the makeup I use, Clinque eye shadows and mascara, Covergirl black eyeliner, and Mac beigeing shadow stick.

This is the starting point

First I add black eye liner to tops and inners of my lids.

Then I add my beige shadow stick to my eye, 

starting at the brow bone and then all over the eye lid.

Then I add the middle two colors, first the tan and then the pink.

 Then I add black mascara & Im done.

And this is all I did to my hair. :)

Oh & the reason I did my makeup is because I was headed to a baby shower.

Been a little busy

Sorry I have been absent since Tuesday but it has been a busy week!
I have started helping my soon to be sister in law with bookwork at my soon to be father in laws farming business, which is exciting because I get to get outta the house a little bit. :)
I also participated in a canning class get together at my church, it was so fun. I had no idea how much went into canning.
I am now preparing for my Thirty One Gifts Party tomorrow. My fiance is going to help me bake my Snickerdoodle cake later and then I just have to keep tidying up.
& since I've been so busy I did not have time to do a oh how pinteresting or a things I love Thursday post.
